The National Testing Agency (NTA) will conduct the National Entrance cum Eligibility Test for Undergraduate 2025 (NEET UG 2025) on May 4. Along with presenting their NEET UG hall ticket for the exam day, candidates must follow the mentioned guidelines.

What to carry to the exam centre

➤ Admit Card: The most important document you need to bring is your NEET admit card. Make sure you print multiple copies of it and keep it safe. The admit card contains essential information like your exam centre details, roll number and other important instructions.

➤ Valid Identification Proof: Bring a valid photo identity card along with your admit card. Accepted identity cards include Aadhaar card, passport, driving license or any other government-issued identity card. Make sure that the name on your ID matches the name on your admit card.

➤ Photographs: Carry a few passport size photographs. These may be needed to paste on the attendance sheet or any other document. Make sure they match the specifications mentioned on the admit card.

➤ Stationery: Carry essentials like pencils, pens, erasers, and geometry box in your stationery kit. It is advisable to carry two or more sets to avoid any last-minute inconvenience.

➤ Water Bottle: Carry a transparent water bottle with you. It is very important to stay hydrated, especially during long exams.

➤ Watch: Wear a watch to keep track of time. However, it is important to note that smartwatches are not allowed in the exam hall.

➤ Mask and Sanitizer: Given the health concerns, it is advisable to carry a mask and a small bottle of hand sanitizer. Follow the COVID-19 guidelines issued by the authorities.

NEET UG hall tickets can be obtained from the official website of NTA - exam.nta.nic.in. Medical candidates must affix their latest postcard-sized colour photograph on the NEET UG admit card before reaching the exam centre. The NEET 2025 UG admit card also includes an attached self-declaration form.

List of Prohibited Items

➤ Electronic Gadgets: Items like mobile phones, calculators, smartwatches and other electronic devices are strictly prohibited. Leave these at home to avoid any penalties.

➤ Books and Notes: Do not bring any study material, textbooks or notes to the exam hall. Carry only the permitted stationery mentioned in the guidelines.

➤ Bags and Wallets: Carrying large bags, wallets or backpacks is not allowed inside the exam centre. Carry only the essentials in a transparent plastic bag if needed.

➤ Food Items: Avoid bringing snacks or any food items to the exam centre. However, a small snack such as a chocolate bar may be allowed for a quick energy boost during breaks.

➤ Watches with communication capabilities:  Wristwatches are permitted but must not have any communication features. Smartwatches with internet connectivity are strictly prohibited.
